Day 11: Sleep No More

Today, I spent my time in New York City. This photo was taken at columbia university as a few summer term students move this ostentatious flower arrangement across the center of campus. Where it was going and why it was constructed, I did not have time to discover. Nevertheless, it was impressive.

Following my visit to columbia, I saw a unique theatrical performance called "Sleep No More". It is unlike anything I have experienced before... I won't say too much, as I don't want to spoil this performance, but I will say, that it transported me into end of the roaring 20s in a film noir styled world where I and the rest of the audience felt like ghosts (everyone must where a mask), watching the lives of a few individuals become consumed by hell. It was a truly jaw dropping experience and if you are in the new york area, I highly recommend it.
